DMCA Policy
1. Introduction

3.1 Required Information

- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

5. Processing of Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and compliance with DMCA requirements
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) of the takedown
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
- Inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notification
We will process valid takedown notices promptly and in good faith. However, we reserve the right to reject notices that do not comply with DMCA requirements or that we determine in good faith are invalid.
6. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts where we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- Inform them that we may restore the material in 10 business days
- Restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
8. False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Before submitting a DMCA takedown notice, please ensure that:
- You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- You have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized
- The information in your notice is accurate
- You understand the consequences of making a false claim
9. Modification of Content
